California State Parks is holding this public meeting to receive public comment on the Oceano Dunes District HCP Draft EIR and encourages all interested agency representatives, organizations, and individuals to attend. The meeting will be held in an online (virtual) format only, and participants will have the opportunity to submit verbal comments during the meeting.
